The Daiquiri is traditionally made of three key ingredients: rum, syrup and lime, and there are a lot of different variations depending on which type of fruit you prefer. We will pick an aged rum, the 12-yearr-old Fior De Cana, so as to enjoy an Aged Daiquiri.
The Spirtz is another very popular type of cocktail, mainly due to the Aperol Spritz. It is usually a combination of Aperitivo with Prosecco, but we propose an alternative way to make it. We will bring the summer right into our glass by making a Summer Spritz, by combining Gin with Prosecco and watermelon liqueur.
These are two very easy recipes to make at home, so you can invite your friends and impress them with your skills:
Aged Daiquiri
50ml Flor De Cana rum, 12-year
25ml Monin Sugar Cane
20ml fresh lime
Put all the ingredients inside a shaker and shake well. Pour the mixture in a cocktail glass and serve with a lime wedge.
